Clare Bulb Co comment:  as the flower head develops so a  magenta flush appears at the edges of the petals, until it suffuses the whole flower, as in the pictures. The flower opens white, with a narrow magenta rim to the petals. The flower can last for three weeks, or more. A spectacular flower for the border.
