Clare Bulb Co comment: a nice, true red parrot tulip, replacing the now outclassed Rococco.  The yellow fringed petals are typical of a Parrot tulip. Parrots flower quite late in the season, typically mid-April, but flower for several weeks, so well into May. In the picture below are some of our tulips after five weeks in flower. Not bad going!
