Clare Bulb Co comment: Also known as the "Star of Bethlehem", this very easy to grow bulb likes sun or semi-shade, the flowers opening  wide when the sun comes out. Very easy to naturalise. The picture below shows a clump in our garden which has been coming up for ten years or more.
