 WOODLAND & WILD GARDEN BULBS

Snowdrops: Single flowered Nivalis, grown and harvested under controlled conditions to protect them in the wild. Snowdrops flourish best in cool places where the soil never quite dries out. In our view snowdrops are better planted "in the green" in the early spring. Click here for full details.

Anemones Blanda: also known as Wood Anemones, or Grecian Anemones. Short, daisy-like flowers that flower in the early spring. They look charming under trees, and can make useful clumps. We find that white Blanda does particularly well. Blandas will also form drifts over a period of time. Before planting it is a good idea to soak the corms in water for an hour or two, to promote early growth.
